Terms & Conditions
By booking a tour with Maa Durga Tours and Travels, you agree to the following terms. These rules help make sure everything stays clear and fair for everyone.
1. Booking Process
1. You contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or social media.br> 2. We send travel packages over WhatsApp and explain them in a call.
3. If you like a package, we share our company documents (GST certificate, registration license, PAN).
4. Once approved, we give our company current account number for payment.
5. You pay a token of ₹10,000 via bank transfer to confirm your booking.
6. After payment, you send us:
A screenshot of the transaction
Brief payment description (e.g. “Advance – Delhi–Auli Tour for 2”)
Your email address.
7. We email you the booking confirmation and itinerary.
2. Payment Schedule
Token (₹10,000): On showing interest,
30% of total package: Paid about one week before the tour starts,
Remaining 70%: Paid after your first night stay, as agreed.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancel 30 days or more before tour start date → 70% refund
Cancel within 30 days of start date → No refund
Once booking is confirmed and token is paid, this cancellation rule becomes part of the contract.
4. Changes by Client
If you request changes to tour dates or services, we’ll try to help. Any changes are subject to availability and additional costs. If changes happen within 30 days of the start date, the cancellation rules still apply.
5. Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to reasons like low enrollment, safety concerns, or unavoidable events.
If cancelled before token payment, there’s no loss to you.
If cancelled after token is paid but before 30 days, we refund 70%.
If cancelled within 30 days of start date, no refund. (We will offer a transferable voucher if we cancel due to serious reasons—like government restrictions or weather—but this is optional.)
6. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate personal details and travel info. Follow instructions and safety guidelines during the tour. Behave respectfully with operators, guides, and other guests. If you leave mid-tour voluntarily – no refund is given for unused days.
7. Health & Safety
You confirm that you are fit for the trip and do not have medical issues that can be a risk. Share any medical condition upfront during booking. We may ask for a health or medical declaration based on the tour type.
8. Liability
We act as the booking agent; hotels, transport, guides, and activity operators are independent.
The company is not liable for delays, accidents, illness, or other incidents during the trip.
Any loss or damage to personal belongings (bags, phones, documents) is your responsibility.
9. Communication
All official communication—confirmation, updates, and invoices—will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Please share accurate contact details. We are not responsible if communications are blocked or marked spam.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will appear on our website. Your continued booking or participation means you agree to the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
